1640 OSAKA BEATS PARRY
Four-times Grand Slam winner Naomi Osaka, playing in Wimbledon for the first time since 2019, beat Diane Parry 6-1 1-6 6-4.
1638 SUN SHOCKS ZHENG
Qualifier Lulu Sun, playing in Wimbledon's main draw for the first time, has stunned Chinese eighth seed and Australian Open finalist Zheng Qinwen 4-6 6-2 6-4.
1609 KEYS BEATS TREVISAN
Last year's quarter-finalist Madison Keys beat Martina Trevisan 6-4 7-6(4) to reach the second round, where the American 12th seed will face China's Yafan Wang.
1544 AZARENKA WITHDRAWS DUE TO INJURY
Belarusian 16th seed Victoria Azarenka has withdrawn due to shoulder injury ahead of her first-round match against Sloane Stephens. Azarenka has been replaced in the draw by lucky loser Elsa Jacquemot.
1459 ALCARAZ DEFEATS LAJAL
Defending champion and Spanish third seed Carlos Alcaraz beat Estonian qualifier Mark Lajal 7-6(3) 7-5 6-2 to reach the second round.
1426 PAOLINI BEATS SORRIBES TORMO
French Open finalist Jasmine Paolini beat Spain's Sara Sorribes Tormo 7-5 6-3 to reach the second round, where the Italian seventh seed will face Germany's Greet Minnen.
1408 MEDVEDEV MARCHES PAST KOVACEVIC
Last year's semi-finalist and fifth seed Daniil Medvedev beat American Aleksandar Kovacevic 6-3 6-4 6-2.
1354 NAKASHIMA SHOCKS BAEZ
American Brando Nakashima stunned Argentinian 18th seed Sebastian Baez, beating him 6-2 6-3 6-4 in the first round.
1340 ZHANG BEATS JANVIER
Chinese 32nd seed Zhang Zhizhen defeated Frenchman Maxime Janvier 7-6(4) 6-3 6-2 to reach Wimbledon's second round for the first time. Zhang will play Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff next.
1329 KASATKINA DEFEATS ZHANG
Former quarter-finalist and Russian 14th seed Daria Kasatkina breezed past Zhang Shuai 6-3 6-0.
1323 TIAFOE BEATS ARNALDI
American 29th seed Frances Tiafoe reached the second round, beating Italy's Matteo Arnaldi 6-7(5) 2-6 6-1 6-3 6-3.
1309 KOSTYUK CRUISES PAST SRAMKOVA
Ukrainian 18th seed Marta Kostyuk beat Slovakia's Rebecca Sramkova 6-3 6-2 to reach the second round.

Norwegian eighth seed Casper Ruud eased past Australian qualifier Alex Bolt 7-6(2) 6-4 6-4.

Third seed Aryna Sabalenka pulled out shortly before her opening match against Emina Bektas due to a shoulder injury.
1200 DIMITROV BEATS LAJOVIC
Former semi-finalist and Bulgarian 10th seed Grigor Dimitrov beat Serbia's Dusan Lajovic 6-3 6-4 7-5 to reach the second round.
1143 YASTREMSKA DEFEATS PODOROSKA
Australian Open semi-finalist and Ukrainian 28th seed Dayana Yastremska beat Argentina's Nadia Podoroska 6-1 7-6(1) to reach the Wimbledon's second round for the first time since 2019.
1140 PAVLYUCHENKOVA BEATS TOWNSEND
Former quarter-finalist and 25th seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova defeated Taylor Townsend 7-6(4) 6-1 in the first round.

Greek ninth seed Maria Sakkari served five aces as she brushed aside American qualifier McCartney Kessler 6-3 6-1 to reach the second round.
