SHANGHAI/BEIJING (Reuters) -China's central bank on Wednesday signalled that it might soon start trading in the secondary bond market as yields continue to fall, reinforcing policymakers' concerns that sharp speculative-driven moves could unwind rapidly in a blow to financial stability.
