This sweepstakes is subject to Official Rules, which provide in part that LA Post’s Sweepstakes is sponsored by USA Publishing, LLC. This Sweepstakes provides one (1) winner with a total prize value of $26,075, mailed to winner's mailing address as a single check. Of the total prize value, $16,075 can be applied by winner towards a 5-night stay at The Brando Resort. This allocation for The Brando Resort stay is based on the average nightly base rate of a Beachside One-Bedroom Luxury Villa during the regular booking season (January 11 to June 30 and November 1 to December 20), which amounts to $3,215 per night. If the actual cost of the booking exceeds the allocated amount of $16,075, the winner will be solely responsible for covering the additional charges such as resort fees, room service charges, mini-bar charges, gratuities, room upgrades, incidental expenses, and other resort expenses. Travel-related costs are also not included. However, winner may apply the $10,000 cash portion of the prize towards any additional expenses not covered by the portion of the prize allocated for the 5-night stay at The Brando Resort. After the check is sent to the winner, Sponsor has no further obligations or liabilities. Sponsor is not affiliated with The Brando Resort, and any booking issues or questions should be directly addressed with The Brando Resort. Bookings are subject to resort availability and blackout dates. The prize check sent by Sponsor must be cashed within one (1) year, or winner forfeits the prize. Winners and travel companions must be of legal age. No prize substitutions, assignments, or transfers are allowed. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize.
